Pool could use a daily cleaning and transportation could be more flexible if you want to take the bus. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was nice. The food was good at the resturaunt. The bus transport to Disney from the hotel does not accommodate handicapped people.

We had to use Disney buses in Disney springs to get there. That was a big problem for us. My husband is unable to walk uses a wheelchair. He needed a bathroom roll in shower. Your facility was wonderful in this accommodation.
